UNE APPROCHE MANAGERIALE DU DEVELOPPEMENT DURABLE : REFERENCE AU CAS ALGERIEN

Ammar DAHI

Résumé

With the rise of environmental economics, the analysis of company performance not only focuses on the efficiency or effectiveness of the production function, but also its sustainability. Environmental performance is necessary, now, as a key component of sustainable vision of the status of the company. If the activity of the latter can not be thought outside the paradigm of economic growth, the difference with the current anemia of the growth (a high economic growth, environmentally devastating) is at the level of productivity gains that must be used for anything other than produce and consume more and more. How to position, in this case, sustainable development in often complex organizations, and focused primarily on short-term economic and financial performance? On the other hand, if the goals of sustainable development are universal, their implementation can only be differentiated by the countries studied. What is the level of support for sustainable environment by Algerian companies?
