Résumé

By bringing a major innovation - the representation of employers in Parliament - the Constitution of Morocco, adopted on November 25, 2011, highlighted the employer groups and the divisions that cross them. This article proposes to analyze the dynamics of employers' organizations and the roles played by these actors in the transformations of the kingdom's political economy. To account for these developments, we focused our analysis on the two most prominent employers' groups: the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM) and Amal Enterprises. Two groups of businessmen who come from different trajectories that we will study to illuminate the metamorphoses of the field of employer representation.
